shipping…

P.S. only ships healthy, thriving plants, and for the plant’s sake, no shipping happens over weekends.

All live plant orders ship out on the following Monday to ensure safe and prompt delivery.

To ensure the well-being of the plants, it is advisable to remove them from the packaging promptly upon receipt.

Shipping times vary by province. Deliveries in BC will take an average of 1-3 business days after your order has been fulfilled. Deliveries to the rest of Canada may be with the courier for 3-6 business days (All Packages shipped with Canada Post).

why aren’t all plants available to be shipped….

Shipping and packaging can pose risks to delicate plants. To ensure that your plants arrive safely with minimal damage, P.S. only ships plants that can withstand the shipping process. Consequently, larger plants are available for local pickup or delivery only.

what if my order arrives damaged…

We care that your order arrives exactly as pictured! If thats not the case please reach out through email at propagations@potsale.ca with pictures to resolve any issues. Get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order if possible!

return policy…

Returns or replacements will only take place if they are defective or damaged at the fault of P.S. The plant must exhibit signs of poor health that go beyond its ability to recover and are not due to the customer's care. This might include issues like root rot, infestation by pests, or fungal infections on the surface.

No credit or return will be provided for plants that have been physically damaged during transportation or due to mishandling by the new owner during unpacking, planting, or accidental occurrences.

incorrect address…

P.S. cannot be held liable for any damaged or misplaced items in the event of a lost, misplaced, or delayed package due to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Please verify the accuracy of your address prior to checkout and ensure that you will be available at home during the estimated delivery period.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
